New Corona Studio Rules

Are allowed to come for Group Yoga classes:

- Students up to 19 Years Old.

- Students of any age residing in Sola Kommune.

- Students of any age with a medical prescription of Yoga as therapy.

All Students are allowed to have private 1 on 1 yoga classes, for this period private classes will be priced at only 500 Kr.

ONLY 14 STUDENTS PER CLASS

CLICK HERE IF YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO YOGA.

ENTERING THE STUDIO:

-Students who wants to enjoy the heat and come early to the class should use the blue spots

- Yellow spots need to be filled after blue spots.

- Last spot to be filled is the number 1.

LEAVING THE STUDIO:

Leaving happens one by one starting from number 1 to number 15 (instructor)
